Roxan Central Park Bournemouth 2013

In 2012, Roxan Construction took on a new exciting project in Bournemouth. The development is called Central Park at Branksome Wood Road.

There are public gardens at the back of the development, where there are footpaths and cycle paths which all lead down to Bournemouth’s busy seafront.

With Roxan’s very high standards of finish, style and attention to detail, County Stone Granite was asked once again to tender for this contract. We won the contract and enjoyed several months of working in Bournemouth.

The choice of granites again chosen by Lelah Yeganegy (Creative Director), specifically with this project in mind.

1 Ivory Fantasy Granite, which originates from India

2 Steel Grey Granite, which originates from India

3 Bianco Crystal Granite, which originates from India, Canada and Egypt

More than a third of the apartments had already sold off plan, which was quite remarkable. All 36 apartments were finished in May 2013 and again Roxan held a very successful open day. The development was officially opened by the MP for Bournemouth East, Tobias Elwood.

At County Stone Granite, we very much look forward to a new project with Roxan Construction towards the end of this year.
