Roxan Pebble Beach Development 2011
County Stone Granite won a prestigious contract with Roxan Construction who are developers based in Southampton.
The development is called Pebble Beach at Lee-on-Solent. It is a stunning beachfront complex with panoramic views of the sea and The Isle of Wight.
The apartments were of a very high specification and included a couple of penthouse apartments.
Laleh Yagenegy the creative director of Roxan met with County Stone several times as she knew the granite and design of worktops she wanted to compliment the flats. We used three different granites
1 Rosa Porrino which originates from Spain
2 Rosa Limbara which originates from Italy
3 Giallo Topazio which originates from Brazil.
The penthouses all had rooftop terraces accessed by a spiral staircase. Each penthouse appartment has a landscaped garden which came complete with a built in barbeque. County Stone also fitted Indian Jet Black Granite to each barbeque area.
The 14 apartments were all completed in December 2011 and Roxan held a very successful open day, which County Stone attended.
All flats sold almost immediately and County Stone were very proud to be involved with a hugely successful project.
