White quartz kitchen worktops are a smart way of giving the busiest room in the house a light, fresh look. With the perfect smoothness of quartz and the purity of white, your kitchen will look bright and inviting. And because quartz is really easy to keep clean, your worktop will look just as pristine for years and years – even with heavy daily use. We work closely with leading quartz suppliers including Silestone, Arenastone, Caesarstone, Samsung Radianz and Compac.
What are the choices in white quartz worktops?
At County Stone we offer a comprehensive range of top-quality white quartz worktops. We import the quartz in large slabs, then our expert team cuts and finishes each worktop in our Sussex workshop for each individual kitchen installation.
Solid white quartz worktops
In solid white and pale grey, quartz has a smooth, clean look, whether with a polished or matt finish. These pure-coloured stones are perfect for a contemporary kitchen with clean lines and flat-fronted doors and drawers.
Many quartz stones feature grey veins which can be very understated or relatively prominent, even dramatic. The veining creates the look of naturally quarried marble. But as a manufactured stone, quartz offers much more consistent tones and gradations of colour. In other words, quartz is smarter than marble.
White carrara quartz worktops are our most popular alternative to marble, and we’ve been busy fitting them in London, Chichester, Bosham and many other locations.
White sparkle quartz worktops
Sparkling worktops are the other key option with quartz. They are made from slabs which predominantly consist of white quartz fragments and a small proportion of resin and pigment. The fragments include mirror-like chips which come to life under bright lights or in strong sunlight. Among our sparkle worktop projects are kitchens in Aldwick and Rowlands Castle.
As everyone knows, white goes with virtually any other colour. When it comes to decisions about kitchen cupboards, wall colours and equipment, a predominantly white worktop leaves you with a free choice.
But there are nuances. For example, if your worktop has grey marbling, try picking out the same grey for cupboards or kitchen accessories. Or if there’s a hint of green or blue in your quartz, you can create a sense of harmony by using pops of the same colour on your walls or on cupboard panels.

Excellent customer service as they know their products. We originally planned to just have a worktop but it was so nice we also got Paul to provide us with Splashback and window sills too. Beautiful quartz. Fitting was excellent. Paul extremely flexible and tried to meet tight timeframes. So glad we chose them.

Recently had quartz worktops installed by County Stone and we’re absolutely delighted with them. The whole process of choosing, templating and installing was simple and efficient and we believe very well priced for the quality of product and service provided. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use again in the future.

This company fitted our quartz worktops yesterday and they look amazing. The guys turned up exactly when they said they would, were thoroughly professional and a pleasure to have in the house. They were also very competitively priced. The chopping board and little goody bag to look after the worktops which they left was a lovely touch and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you

White Quartz Worktop FAQs
How do you clean a white quartz worktop?
Our quartz worktops are made to exacting specifications, and are virtually non-porous. So they won’t stain and they won’t harbour bacteria as long as they have a daily wipe down with a non-toxic cleaner. White quartz needs exactly the same treatment as any other colour – it is no more prone to staining or discolouration. See more about keeping quartz looking as brilliant as new here.
How expensive is white quartz?
Prices for white quartz countertops begin with understated, elegant white carrara quartz. The next level of pricing is for products like beautifully marbled calacatta quartz worktops, and at the top end is luxurious, dramatically veined statuario quartz.
Bear in mind that worktops of the quality supplied and expertly fitted by County Stone will enhance your kitchen and your home for many years to come. Cutting corners on materials and workmanship doesn’t make sense if you’re left with an imperfect result. We’re always on hand to talk you through all the options and give you a no obligation quote.
